About the initiative
A constituency-wide bridge between learning and livelihood
CONNECT is a constituency-focused skill-development initiative by Hibi Eden MP, in association with KITES India and Transorze Solutions, built to equip students and young people across Ernakulam Constituency with practical knowledge, industry-oriented competencies and emerging-technology skills.
The programme opens structured pathways for hands-on exposure to high-growth sectors, combining technology-enabled learning, expert-led training, professional certifications, mentorship and career guidance into a single journey.
